Here are the Vegetables that are treated with the Most Pesticides that should be eaten organic:

Vegetables with the Least Amount of Pesticides:

10. Winter squash (least)
Tomatoes are on the OK list this year, but in previous years you might have noticed they have been among the foods with the most pesticide residue. The reason has gone unexplained but we recommend you buy organic when you can because a tomato’s thin skin can allow pesticides in.
