Labwork for hCG Weight Loss Diet

The Comprehensive Chem Profile (14) is required for patients wanting to participate in the hCG Program. You may bring this required labwork from your physician. The labwork must have been taken within the past six months.

If you do not have recent labwork, you may use the services on www.PrePaidLab.com to order this labwork. Simply visit the website. Type “Comprehensive Metabolic Profile 14” in the Product Search Box and the correct lab will open. The cost of the lab is $22.

You may have the results faxed directly to our office at 480.452.1625 or bring them with you to your appointment. You must request that the labwork be faxed to our office at the time of ordering.
